Traksat-PTT Android App
Overview
Traksat-PTT Android Dispatch Console is an Android visual dispatching system based on Traksat-PTT system. It has the functions of video chat, patrol check-in, private call, send message and pictures, monitor, view location, etc.
Description
- Talking Group: this means the user in this group currently, user can speak so that other users in this group can hear the voice, if other users in this group press PTT to speaking this user can hear the voice.
- Dynamic Group: Select one or more online users to start an invitation, establish a dynamic group to communication.
- Private Call: The user invites another user to establish a temporary group to realize one-to-one communication.
- Default Group: Every user can have one default group, so that logged then enter into this default group automatically.
- Monitor: User can monitor several groups conversation do not need enter into each group then can hear the monitored group voice.
- Video Chat: The face-to-face live video call, which is convenient for the user to schedule the scene in real time.
- Patrol Check-in: The user checks-in on the patrol point, and the patrol record can check on the web management platform.
- Group Call: Enter into group then can communicate in this group, meantime can received others of this group voice.
- Force To Join: Can force some users join to this group.
- Disconnect: Can force some user disconnect this group.
- Stun: Can make some user no longer login, must be through web management platform to activate this user then can login again.
Main Icon status
User Online: this user is online but not in this group, so cannot hear this group conversation | |

Software Instructions
Login Interface
Android application login account is created from the Traksat-PTT Company Management Platform
- Area: Choose the closest available location from where you are
- Account: Enter your username
- Password: Enter your password
- Login: Click on the login button to log-in
If you can't login, please contact first your company administrator, you might have been stunned.
It can be worth also to check another area if your primary area is not available
Group List
The group list interface can see all the groups and contact lists that the user joins. The name of the group you're in is always appearing in the top blue bar
This is the default landing page of the app, and if you have the video option enabled on your account, then you can click the video icon in the upper right corner to make video upload (to the predefined user set-up in the video settings menu)
You can also use the search bar to quickly display some other members you're looking for.
Select a long press on one group header and a pop-up menu will be displayed showing the following options:
- Top group: will place the group on top of the list (useful when you have lot of groups)
- Exit group: will exit you from the group, if you have a default group defined, you will be returning to this default group otherwise you won't be in any group
- Monitor group: will allow listening the group even if you're not in, you can also use the headset icon in front of the group name to quickly toggle this group monitoring feature
- Send message: will allow you to send a message to all members of the group
- Logout: will log you out of the app that will return to the login screen
Group Members
Display group member information to view the current online and offline status of group members.
Select the online member long press to pop up the menu.
You can make private calls, call alarm, view tracks, send messages, video chat, disconnect, force to join, stun user etc…
- Private Call: The user invites another user to establish a temporary group to realize one-to-one communication. multiple users can be selected to establish a temporary conversation with the user
- Call Alarm: Send a message requesting a call to the other party
- Send Message: send text or pictures message to the user.
- Video Chat: The face-to-face live video call, which is convenient for the user to schedule the scene in real time.
- Video Handsfree: no need for the users to accept to initiate a video chat with them
- Video Upload: upload the video to the server or designated user
- Video Monitor: monitor users by video, users cannot know
- Video Capture: monitor users by video, users can know
- Voice Call: one-to-one voice call, like mobile call, don't need press PTT button.
- Force To Join: Can force some users join to this group.
- Disconnect: Can force some user disconnect this group.
- Stun: Force a user to go offline and unable to login, which only by platform is reactivated then can login again
Video Chat
Long press to select the user who needs to make a video call and press “Video Chat” in the pop-up menu.
The other party will receive a video call request and establish a video chat when the other party agrees.
The video call interface can switch between the front and rear cameras.
Click the small window in the upper right corner to switch the size of the other party and your own video interface.
When the video is called, you can only talk to the video person and can't talk to the people in the group.
Video Monitor and Capture
Long press the user and select “Video Monitoring” or “Video Capture” in the pop-up menu to select multi-user video monitoring and capture.
The video interface can switch resolution, mute, full-screen display, etc.
- Video Monitor: Direct video surveillance without the user’s agree, the users don’t know that he is already monitored by others.
- Video Capture: dont need users accept then can monitor, but it will remind users that monitored by others.
Voice Call
Select user voice call, after the other party answers, real-time voice can be heard, which is convenient and fast.
This is actually like a standard phone call
The interface has a mute button.
Click the zoom out button at the top left to zoom out the current interface.
Video Upload
Click the video icon in the upper right corner, click on the video upload and pop up the video upload interface.
The video is uploaded to the company platform in real time.
Once started, it will be uploaded in real time.
Map Page
The map interface can view the user's positioning, track information, and the current location of the device.
Check the user in the group and the map will move with the position of the speaking user.
View positioning can choose to display online users, display all users, when choose display all users, will display the final positioning information of all users
Message Page
Select a user or group to long press and click “Send Message” in the pop-up menu, and it will turn to the sending message page.
The message interface can view the received and sent messages as well as other prompts, which can be cleared.
You can send text or picture to other users.
Patrol
If your user choose patrol function, then set the patrol check-in location, patrol event, patrol route, patrol time at the management background, when patrolling the check-in point, in the settings, click “check-in” or bring the phone closer to the NFC check-in point, the patrol point, patrol event, check-in time, and mission results.
1, The user without binding any patrol plan: Please check the user binding patrol plan, if binding NFC patrol point.
2, You didn’t binding GPS patrol point: Please check if this user binding this GPS patrol point.
3, Patrol Point unregistered: NFC card didn’t binding the patrol point.
4, Patrol point information verification failed: Please confirm your application is the latest edition.
Setting Page
At the setting page, you can setup some options, like voice broadcast, display SOS button, big PTT button and so on. It divide to Patrol, Video, PTT call, Voice, Display, Storage, Others and version information.
Patrol
1) Patrol check-in: locate the patrol sign-in button.
2) Patrol reminder: During the patrol time, the patrol reminder box will pop up and the patrol reminder voice will be broadcast.
3) Automatic check-in: When the patrol time is reached and the patrol point is located, there is no need to manually click the patrol check-in, and the system will automatically check-in successfully
Video
1) Call volume: it is adjust the level of the voice when make video call.
2) Video call resolution: four types of resolution from 320P to 1080P can be selected.
3) Video capture/upload resolution: four types of resolutions from 320P to 1080P can be selected.
4) Video segment storage: According to the set time, the video will be stored in segments after the video duration reaches this time.
5) Video chat object: After selecting the upload object, the video call will be sent to the specified object.
6) Video dispatcher: After selecting the upload object, the video upload will be sent to the specified object.
7) Watermark location: it means you can show the latitude and longitude when you make video.
8) Upload photos: Choose to take photos during the video process, and the photos will be automatically uploaded to the background.
9) Add watermark: it means can add watermark when send picture or videos.
10) Keep the screen on: it means you open this option then your radio will be keep light on.
11) UVC camera: If you connect UVC camera, it will be show connected.
12) UVC camera format: It can support YUYV and MJPEG type.
PTT Call
1) Audio source: Software recording can choose noise reduction and normal type, and the recording volume of noise reduction source is low.
2) Recording volume: The volume of the microphone during intercom or video.
3) Enhance loudness: enhance the current volume.
4) 8K coding: Use the 8K encoded voice type to obtain a clearer sound quality effect, and both parties need to be in the 8K encoding type.
5) Adaptive decoding: make 4k and 8k can hear each other, don’t need use same coding.
6) Save audio: save the recording voice locally in the device, and you can view it in the message.
7) Duration of temporary group: After the temporary group is created, you can set how long to exit the temporary group.
8) Call duration: the duration of the call by pressing and holding ptt, the call will automatically end if the duration is exceeded.
Voice
1) Volume control: adjust the current sound level.
2) Audible functions: system prompt voice broadcast such as account login, group entry, and temporary call.
3) Audible functions: When a text message is received, the text content is broadcast.
4) PTT start call alert: click the PTT intercom button to start the intercom prompt.
5) PTT end call alert: the prompt tone when the PTT intercom button is released.
6) PTT start sound: here is multiple sound you can choose.
7) PTT end sound: here is multiple sound you can choose.
8) PTT volume: adjustable start and end prompt sound volume.
9) Busy alert: When someone press PTT speaking, it will prompt a busy tone if you press PTT at the same time.
10) Sound profile: After turning it on, you can set the PA, earpiece, and mute mode.
Display
1) Display SOS button: display the SOS icon on the interface, long press the SOS icon, an alarm will be send, and all members of the current group will receive an alarm prompt.
2) Display the PTT button: After closing, the PTT button on the interface disappears.
3) Big PTT button: When you open, it will be show a big PTT on the screen.
4) Desktop display PTT: When the software is in the background, the floating PTT button is displayed on the desktop.
5) Iluminate screen when calling: the screen lights up when an intercom is initiated
6) Iluminate screen when receiving: When receiving voice, the screen lights up.
7) Display member name on map: display the member's name on the map.
8) Show offline members: Show offline members in the group member list.
9) Display network speed: the network speed when using the software.
10) Enter speech group: When you monitor multiple groups, then which group is speaking, you just click that pop-up button then can enter that group.
11) Automatic rotation: you can automatically rotate your device screen to adjust some radios size.
Bluetooth
1) Bluetooth button (SPP) : After some Bluetooth devices are connected to the device, “Connected” is displayed here, indicating that the Bluetooth device can be used to initiate communicate.
2) Bluetooth button (BLE): Used to connect to some Bluetooth PTT button only, then from the list the detected Bluetooth PTT and select the corresponding type to connect.
3) The function of the Bluetooth button: Bluetooth button can be used as PTT or SOS function
Storage
Internal storage: display the total storage capacity and available storage capacity of the device
Others
1) Run on startup: The software runs automatically after startup.
2) Auto login: After the software is opened, it will automatically log in with the account password saved before.
3) Power save: reduce power consumption of software. After it is turned on, in order to save power, the positioning upload frequency is reduced, and the receiving voice may be delayed.
4) Allow sleep: reduce power, but still can get voice at background.
5) Upload only satellite positioning: After opening, only upload satellite positioning (the device has no positioning information indoors).
6) Man down: It means you open this option then will be alarm when your radios fall down.
7) Latest positioning: display the latest positioning information.
8) Customize SOS button: You can set the buttons on the phone as SOS alarm shortcut keys (such as volume button, lock screen button).
9) Customize PTT buttons: You can set the buttons on the phone as PTT talkback shortcuts (such as volume buttons, lock screen buttons).
Authorization Settings
Software Authorization
After installing the software, give all permissions to run the software directly. It is convenient for the software to run in the background without being forced to close by the background after the screen is locked.
After the screen is locked, the application is closed and exited, follow the steps to set up the phone Settings-battery-lock screen cleaning application-find REALPTT and turn off the cleaning option.
