Traksat-PTT Company Management Platform

Company management platform can manage users, groups, and company information. The software uses the B / S structure, it can manage users and groups by the Web, users and groups are managed by business units, every company independently manages their own intercom accounts and groups, operators manage company accounts and distribute intercom accounts. Every company can add multiple secondary management, users and groups can be managed at different grade.

Concepts are as following:

  • Company administrator: He is the company manager, responsible for the management of the company groups, accounts and department management;
Company department administrator: Department administrator of company users, responsible for the management of the platform groups, accounts and his sub-secondary management.
  • Sub-secondary administrator: The sub-secondary administrator of company department administrator, responsible for groups and accounts on his platform.

Company management is that company users manage the intercom users and groups, including query and modify users, manage friends, add groups, edit groups, manage department management platform and modify the administrator password, etc. Company users administrator can login company management platform by accounts and password, which are assigned by operator, company users administrator can manage users and groups.

Create User

Company administrator select users used account bill, then he can add user accounts, and can set the user account information (including user account, password, user name, select groups, default groups, speech grade, phone number, user function, etc.).

  • 1: Add user account bills: When company platform has unexpired  account bills, and the number of used account bills is less than order account bills number, then company can add users by this account bill, The users who is added automatically associated with the order, the user will automatically be suspended when account bills are expired. At this time you can renew the account bills or buy new account bills, to ensure the normal use of the users.
  • 2: User accounts: It must be letters or numbers, length can’t be more than 12 characters.
  • 3: User Password: Set the user account login password, it must be letters or numbers, length can’t be more than 16 characters.
  • 4: Confirm password: Input user password again, consistent with the last user password.
  • 5: User name: It can’t be more than 16 characters, it only consists of Chinese, English and numbers, it can’t contain special characters.
  • 6: User Type:User types include ordinary users, walkie-talkies, mobile phones, law enforcement recorders, cameras, dispatchers, police officers, doctors, trucks, and taxis. The icon corresponding to the user type will be displayed on the mobile dispatching console. Instead of the normal user type, if the user type is changed to police officer, the icon seen by the dispatching console will be the police officer icon, and so on.
  • 7: Department: The user can be added to the department platform.
  • 8: Add user groups by old user:Enter the same group as the previous account settings.
  • 9: Group: It can add multiple group when you click groups on the right, It can be switched among groups.
  • 10: Default Group: Set a default group. After the user logs in successfully, he will enter this group by default and participate in this group intercom. The default group name will be broadcast when the walkie-talkie is turned on and logged in. If the default group is not set, the machine will not enter any group when logging in to the account when the machine is turned on, which may cause the device to fail to log in normally.
  • 11: EncryptionType: Encrypting voice can enhance the security of voice data and protect user privacy. The encryption type can be RSA/AES or SM2/SM4, and the recovery of the empty selection button means that no voice encryption is performed. Users are not encrypted by default. (Encryption type column will only be displayed when the agent turns on the encryption function for the company) Note: If the account is encrypted, you need to select the same encryption type to communicate with each other. You can also choose not to use any encryption type and not to encrypt.RSA/AES: international standard encryption algorithm; SM2/SM4: domestic cryptographic algorithm recognized by the National Cryptographic Bureau; If there is no special designation which encryption type to use, SM2/SM4 encryption method can be selected first.
  • 12: Phone number: It can record user's mobile phone number, It is convenient to contact.
  • 13: Functions□Select All
    • 13.1 Contact: User can add friends who are often in touch with, So user can check friends list in the contacts of dispatcher station or mobile application.
    • 13.2 View Location: The user can check group members location in the mobile APP or PC dispatcher.
    • 13.3 Call logs: The user can check recording information at the dispatcher.
    • 13.4 Monitor: The user can monitor other group communicate do not need enter into the group in the PC dispatcher or mobile application.
    • 13.5 Stun: Force user to disconnect, and if need to relogin then need to activate that user on the company platform.
    • 13.6  GPS Positioning: It means the user can upload their GPS information to server then show on the PC dispatcher or mobile application, otherwise cannot show their GPS information on the map even if the radio or cellphone with GPS function.
    • 13.7 Platform Audio: Can check this user recording at the company platform, otherwise cannot save this user recording at the company platform.
    • 13.8 Display the Group Members:Show all group members.
    • 13.9 Last Group: Each user has one default group, and every login will be enter into the default group, but if choose last group, then relogin will be enter into the last time group.
    • 13.10 Stun Protection: It means if A user have Stun function, then A can stun B user, but if B user choose stun protection then A cannot stun B anymore.
    • 13.11 Private call: That is private call, one to one call.
    • 13.12 Change group: If this user added 10 groups, the user in A group can change to B or C or other group.
    • 13.13 Only Listen: The user only can hear the voice from others, unable to speak.
    • 13.14 Don't Disturb When Private Calling: When A is talking to B , C can’t make A or B into a new temporary group for single calling.
    • 13.15 All Call: If one user join in 10 groups, this user do not need enter into each group to speak then all 10 group members can hear this user voice, this function only suitable use on the PC dispatcher.
    • 13.16 Patrol: Check in and check the record of the user's patrol check-in. It can use GPS positioning or NFC card to patrol.
    • 13.17 Received SOS: Means all users can send SOS, but they can choose dont receive SOS or receive SOS. If you choose this one, then means this users can received SOS from others, otherwise cannot received.
    • 13.18 Video: If license choose video functions then can send picture/video to others, also can live video chat, video monitor, video capture.
    • 13.19 Dispatching Account: For the new version PC dispatcher (this version can support video/patrol functions) must be need license choose dispatching account then can login, otherwise cannot login anymore.
    • 13.20 Management Group: It means if A user choose this function, then you can through management group application to management the groups that A user joined. Group management application only can delete or add members no any rights. (This application is a new application, if you need please contact us).
    • 13.21 Patrol 2.0:After checking it, the user uses the Patrol 2.0 system.
    • 13.22 Prohibit Video Monitor:Cannot video monitor other users.
    • 13.23 Prohibit Video Capture: Cannot video call other users.
  • 14: Description: Enter text note.
  • 15: IMEI: For Android clients or devices with IMEI numbers, after the account is bound to the IMEI number of the device, the machine does not need to enter the account password, and obtains the corresponding bound account to log in through the machine's IMEI. The binding format is: model-IMEI. The model and IMEI number can generally be found in the machine settings-machine information.
  • 16: Password For Application Setting Option: after setting the APP password, enter the APP password to enter the setting interface of the mobile phone dispatcher
  • 17: ICCID: The unique identification number of the IC card is generally composed of 20 digits. The account number is bound to the ICCID; if it is not locked, the terminal device can switch the account; if it is locked, the account and card cannot be logged in if they are not in the same machine. ØCard expiration time; record the expiration time of the traffic card used by the user to facilitate subsequent renewal operations .
  • 18: SIM Card expiration time: Record the expiration time of the traffic card used by the user to facilitate subsequent renewal operations.
  • 19: Default priority: Level 10 is the highest level of speech, which can cut off the intercom of users from level 1 to 9. When a user newly joins a group, the priority within the group is based on the default priority. At the same time, you can set the user's priority within the group. After users join the group in batches on the user list page, the priority in the user group is the user's default priority.
